For the last few years my stylist, Michelle Bostwick, patiently grew out my curly hair. Managing the frequent frizz required a lot of product, which could leave my hair coated. Some days I loved my long curls, other days I wished I could cut it all off and return to a simpler, shorter style. For the last several months Michelle gently suggested I try a Keratin treatment. She explained that it would remove the frizz and leave me with waves. Used to my hair the way it was, I resisted. She persisted. Michelle started to experiment with a flat iron, demonstrating to me how my hair would look straight. At first resistant, I drew more comfortable with the new look. My friends encouraged me. Finally I decided to try Keratin. It transformed my hair. The frizz disappeared completely. My hair now is lustrous, healthy in appearance and wavy. When I want it straight, it straightens easily. Hair care, which used to take 30 minutes, now takes five. I used to wash it every couple of days. Now I can go a week between washes if I want. It stays looking good and saves me money on hair products. No longer frizzy it just doesn't require much. In short, I'm sold on the benefits of Keratin, grateful for Michelle's patience and advice, and delighted with my hair.
